In the first phase, we try to get an overview of the topic. The needs of the customers should be analyzed. Where are we? Where do we want to go? What framework conditions are there? Where can these be questioned?

Search, discover, test, learn, understand

In this phase we try to completely immerse ourselves in the topic. With a fresh perspective from the outside, the requirements and USPs are analyzed and discussed. Research and testing are carried out, discarded and understood. It is about spinning ideas and testing possibilities as broadly and impartially as possible.

Concepts that can be discussed, design strategy, direction 

In a creative process, the first rough concepts will emerge. They should be made open to discussion and discussed together. The aim is to outline a possible path in the concepts. Loose and daring, but still with a common, concrete intention.

Design, ergonomics, interface.

The design and technical development is an intensive development phase, which is divided into several iterations and development steps depending on the task. The development brings together the requirements of the different stakeholders and combines them in a concrete solution. With each iteration, the ideal solution should be brought one step closer.

The technical development for serial production is carried out jointly and in close cooperation with a manufacturing company. This results in adjustments and optimizations. Impeccable production data and communication are the key to high-quality and sustainable production.
